Tom Azinger believes West Virginia has many great assets that are attractive to job creators who might want to bring jobs to our state and to families who might want to move here. But high taxes, high insurance costs and high workers' compensation rates make it hard to attract families and businesses. Tom wants to lower insurance costs, reform workers' compensation and cut taxes on families and businesses.
